If you prefer an exchange over a refund, Valenciani offers the following provisions based on the nature of the request:
- Exchanges for Manufacturing Defects / Wrong Items: If an item is verified to be faulty or incorrect and you prefer an exchange, you must file a request within 7 calendar days of delivery. Customers will temporarily cover the return shipping costs, which will be fully reimbursed as a Store Credit Voucher upon arrival. Valenciani will fully cover the shipping fees for the new replacement item sent to you.
- Exchanges for Change of Mind / Preference: Customers may request an exchange for items that are not defective; however, the customer assumes full liability and responsibility for all return shipping costs, duties, and associated replacement shipping fees.
- Bespoke / Custom Measurements Exclusion: Please note that we strictly do not accept any exchanges for custom-tailored garments or orders made to individual specific body measurements.
Note: The shipping timeline for the replacement item is subject to raw material availability and production queue capacity at the time of the approved exchange.
