Because production schedules for made-to-order pieces are initiated immediately to ensure prompt delivery, cancellation parameters are strictly enforced:
- Grace Period (Within 24 Hours): Orders may be cancelled completely free of charge within 24 hours of purchase.
- Post-24 Hours Cancellation: Any cancellation requests submitted after the initial 24-hour window will incur a mandatory 10% processing fee to cover administrative and allocated material costs.
- After Production Starts: Once production has officially commenced following the Order Confirmation Email, cancellations can no longer be processed or accepted under any circumstances.
- Cancellation Refunds: Eligible cancellation refunds will take up to 14 business days to reflect on your bank account from the date the cancellation is officially approved.
